Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead junior plumbers on complex projects and mentor apprentices
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a licensed plumber in Washington DC
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (License # required)
- Experience with PEX, copper, and CPVC piping systems
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR training
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, boilers, and fixtures
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
