Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and gas lines
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DC plumbing codes
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
- Prepare detailed job estimates and reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean record
