Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Lead plumbing teams on large-scale renovation and new construction projects
- Diagnose and resolve advanced plumbing issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with Arizona plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance for assigned projects
- Provide technical guidance to apprentices and junior plumbers
- Deliver exceptional customer service with transparent communication
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Master Plumber license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven expertise with backflow prevention systems, water treatment, and hydronic heating
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced diagnostic skills using pipe cameras, pressure testers, and leak detection
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
