Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in luxury residences and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve advanced plumbing issues using cutting-edge diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead plumbing projects from blueprint to completion, coordinating with contractors and clients
- Perform preventative maintenance on high-end fixtures and systems
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and technical standards
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- New York State Master Plumber license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience in NYC
- Advanced knowledge of backflow prevention, water treatment systems, and gas piping
- Proficiency with digital diagnostic tools and CAD/blueprint interpretation
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven track record of handling high-pressure emergency situations
- Valid NYC Department of Buildings license
