Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and drainage.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure compliance.
- Perform pipefitting, including bending, threading, and joining various materials (copper, PEX, PVC).
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, offering solutions, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Mentor apprentice plumbers and junior staff to ensure team quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License in Pennsylvania required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes (BOC) and regulations.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or outdoors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
