Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and service water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local Denver and Colorado building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing transparent explanations of repairs and cost estimates.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on commercial properties to prevent future failures.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper maintenance of company tools and vehicles.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (Colorado).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing trade.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
