Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas, gather materials, and organize tools and equipment efficiently.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical diagrams under direct supervision.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, cable pulling, and help with conduit bending.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
