Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems according to local codes and blueprints.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pipe failures, and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system longevity and safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing estimates and explaining technical repairs clearly.
- Erect temporary scaffolding or staging as necessary for access.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Washington State.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
