Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring all work meets local code standards.
- Diagnose Issues: Troubleshoot and identify complex plumbing problems efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical issues clearly and providing accurate estimates.
- Tools & Equipment: Maintain and operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized plumbing equipment.
- Site Safety: Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning and material estimation for large-scale plumbing installations.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Indiana.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, pipefitting, and welding (if applicable).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or outdoors.
- Reliability: Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
