Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Maintain job site organization and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform concrete work, trenching, and basic framing tasks as directed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Support demolition and renovation projects with precision
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
