Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex piping issues efficiently using modern diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding repairs and costs.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to prevent future system failures.
- Manage inventory and ensure job sites remain clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the plumbing trade.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PVC, and PEX piping systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
