Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Virginia plumbing codes and regulations
- Manage projects from blueprint interpretation to final inspection
- Train junior plumbers and enforce safety protocols
- Develop client relationships through exceptional communication
- Inventory management and supply procurement
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Master Plumber license (Class A)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in water heater installation, pipefitting, and drain cleaning
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
