Responsibilities
- Perform Emergency Repairs: Respond to and resolve urgent plumbing issues such as burst pipes, major leaks, and sewer backups during night hours.
- Installation & Maintenance: Execute complex installations of piping systems, fixtures, and appliances for residential and commercial clients.
- Diagnostic Excellence: Utilize advanced tools to accurately diagnose complex plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to explain issues, provide estimates, and ensure complete satisfaction with the repair process.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all local Los Angeles plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company protocols at all times.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the company service vehicle.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid State of California Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in a night shift or emergency service role.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Tools: Own a comprehensive set of professional plumbing tools or ability to acquire them.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a trade environment.
