Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems, HVAC units, and boilers.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe failures in residential and commercial settings.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours with a focus on rapid resolution and safety compliance.
- Inspect and test water systems to ensure compliance with local Los Angeles building codes.
- Document all maintenance activities and repair logs accurately in our digital management system.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper storage of tools and chemicals.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License issued by the State of California.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing and preventative maintenance.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Current forklift certification and OSHA 30 training (preferred).
