Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and scheduled plumbing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints.
- Ensure all work complies with local Virginia building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site to ensure safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding project timelines and costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to prevent project delays.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Virginia state required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
