Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform basic tasks like drain cleaning, fixture repairs, and pipe fitting under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools/equipment
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Flexible availability for emergency calls and weekends
