Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and piping networks.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on high-rise commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Install new plumbing fixtures, valves, and piping systems according to code.
- Ensure all work complies with local LA building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to on-site clients and facility managers.
- Assist in training junior apprentices on proper techniques and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
