Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure compliance.
- Perform emergency plumbing services, including pipe repairs, leak detection, and drain cleaning.
- Lead and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job progress.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Current Master Plumber license or Journeyman license with significant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local Washington state plumbing codes and regulations.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites across the Seattle metro area.
