Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and costs.
- Lead and mentor junior staff members when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and leak detection techniques.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina for on-site work.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
