Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leak detection, pipe fitting, and fixture installation.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety codes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, provide accurate estimates, and explain technical issues in a clear, understandable manner.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems, water heaters, and drainage infrastructure.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize all tools, equipment, and company vehicles to ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to local, state, and federal safety regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, soldering, welding, and using diagnostic equipment.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver's license required for site travel.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
