Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with Washington DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines, material orders, and client communications
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices on best practices
- Perform emergency plumbing services during after-hours and weekends
- Prepare detailed estimates and work orders for clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with Washington DC licensing
- Valid Master Plumber license for District of Columbia
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout DC metro area
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
