Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential sites.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical systems.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting of complex electrical issues and equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, time logs, and inspection reports.
- Enforce strict safety protocols on job sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Mentor and assist apprentice electricians to foster team development.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and local building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
