Responsibilities
- Perform complex plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential and commercial systems during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pipe failures efficiently using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, sewage pumps, and drainage systems.
- Adhere to all local New York City building codes and safety regulations strictly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with clients about repairs and costs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday dispatch team to manage emergency call-backs.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong understanding of pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in tight/confined spaces.
