Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform leak detection, drain cleaning, and pipe repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate work logs and provide detailed invoices to clients.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices and helpers as needed.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly to minimize customer downtime.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Master Plumber License or Journeyman License with significant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in the Austin area.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems, including gas lines and water heaters.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
