Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties.
- Install, maintain, and replace pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future leaks and issues.
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to clients clearly.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various environments.
