Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and piping.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues accurately using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication regarding job progress and pricing.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
- Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to manage job assignments and customer expectations efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
