Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local and state building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and systems to prevent failures.
- Estimate material and labor costs for new projects and provide accurate quotes.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Plumber's License (Master or Journeyman).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
