Responsibilities
- Perform complex wiring, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, motors, and lighting systems to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to execute preventative maintenance schedules efficiently.
- Ensure all work is documented correctly and meets local and national electrical codes (NEC).
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
