Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery under expert supervision
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols in low-visibility conditions
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage waste disposal and site cleanup according to environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex multi-phase projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience or equivalent trade school certification
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Reliable transportation to sites across Kansas metropolitan area
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts between 6 PM - 6 AM
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
