Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation and earthwork operations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Maintain strict safety standards on all active construction sites
- Assist in material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inspection reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Must possess or obtain OSHA 10 certification within 30 days
