Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in framing or finishing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects consistently (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
