Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various duties.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for long durations.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of construction safety (OSHA) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
