Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and demolition tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
