Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and bulldozers with certification
- Install/modify structural frameworks per engineering blueprints
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate material logistics and inventory management
- Perform site preparation and environmental remediation
- Document project progress via digital reporting systems
- Maintain equipment calibration and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Proficiency with laser levels and surveying equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to obtain Confined Space certification
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
