Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation during overnight hours
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under night shift protocols
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and structural assembly
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Conduct site cleanup and debris management throughout shift hours
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors and cross-functional teams
- Complete daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience with night shift verification
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficient in power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand equipment
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Basic blueprint reading skills preferred
