Responsibilities
- Execute heavy civil construction tasks including excavation, grading, and concrete pouring
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy machinery under night shift protocols
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and maintain organized job sites
- Assist in material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Basic math skills for material calculations
