Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers safely
- Install/repair concrete structures, scaffolding, and temporary site systems
- Adhere to OSHA protocols and maintain impeccable safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform equipment maintenance and basic repairs
- Document daily progress and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (will train)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
