Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation during night shift hours
- Operate construction equipment safely (forklifts, jackhammers, power tools)
- Follow precise blueprints and safety protocols in low-light conditions
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper equipment maintenance
- Complete shift documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience operating power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong night vision adaptation capabilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
