Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and compactors under OSHA guidelines
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders with site preparation and structural work
- Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Manage waste disposal and maintain organized job site conditions
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet nightly production targets
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
