Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations under night shift supervision
- Construct and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA-compliant precision
- Install construction materials (concrete, rebar, drywall) with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform comprehensive site cleanup and hazardous waste disposal protocols
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain incident-free work records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience in commercial/residential settings
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, welders)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic blueprint reading skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
