Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and project specifications to ensure precise implementation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials and report equipment maintenance needs
- Assist in site preparation, demolition, and debris removal
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
