Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including jackhammers, saws, and power tools safely
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance on active construction sites
- Perform site cleanup and hazardous waste management protocols
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams to maintain project timelines
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Assist in blueprint interpretation and layout marking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- California driver's license with clean record
- Experience with concrete, masonry, and steel reinforcement
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedules (6PM-6AM)
