Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory management
- Participate in emergency response drills and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong teamwork ethic and self-motivation
