Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving operations under night shift supervision
- Transport and distribute construction materials using heavy machinery (forklifts, skid steers)
- Erect scaffolding, barricades, and safety perimeters for overnight work zones
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks in low-light conditions
- Conduct nightly site inspections and hazard reporting protocols
- Maintain equipment functionality through pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA and Wisconsin construction safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly and work in extreme temperatures
- Proficient with hand/power tools and basic construction machinery
- Strong understanding of construction blueprint reading
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and substance screening
