Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites safely
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) with precision
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and install structural components
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with night shift crew to meet project deadlines
- Perform site cleanup and waste management duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
