Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials on the construction site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, including concrete pouring, framing, and general cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Adhere to project schedules and work required hours, including night shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
