Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools for excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Assist carpenters and masons with foundational and framing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform site preparation including grading, trenching, and debris removal
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
