Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and equipment installation
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read blueprints and interpret instructions from supervisors
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, carts, or forklifts (certification provided)
- Adapt to diverse weather conditions and project timelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical activity for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic tool handling experience or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (heat/cold)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel between Albuquerque, NM and Texas job sites
