Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and skid steers with OSHA compliance
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers and temporary lighting systems
- Assist skilled trades in material handling, equipment setup, and tool management
- Maintain strict adherence to nighttime safety protocols and quality control standards
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal between shifts to ensure operational readiness
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or environmental hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience with night shift exposure
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Commercial driver's license (Class B) or heavy equipment operation certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong stamina for lifting 50+ pounds and working in varying weather conditions
- Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, and finishing techniques
- Proven track record of maintaining perfect safety records
