Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) and hand tools with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment setup
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and work overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
- Team player with excellent communication skills
